Officer Timothy Hart spent his entire career in the law Enforcement field. He began his career as a Military Police Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Upon completion of Military service he worked as a Deputy for the Orange County Sheriffs Department in Orange County California. He later transferred to the Fontana Police Department in San Bernardo, California. As a Law Enforcement Officer he had the opportunity to work in many different areas including Narcotics, Gang Unit, Motorcycle Patrol and Investigations. After a short stint at retirement he returned to work as an International Police Adviser. He worked for the Department of State and DOD, training Police Officers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Officer Hart has been a member of the Cambridge faculty since 2015.

Dr. Thomas Washburn literally wrote the book on Law and Public Safety Education having written the original Georgia curriculum that was adopted in 9 other states. While serving in law enforcement in Fulton County, he proposed a CTAE program in Law and Justice to the Fulton School Board. He  opened the first program in 1997 at Centennial High School. He was the first in the nation to teach criminal forensics in a high school. He has written curriculum with four states and consulted in over ten. He has won over 30 awards and honors including High School Teacher of the Year from Fulton County and the Sterling Award for Academic Achievement from Stanford University. Dr. Washburn was the first faculty member hired to open Cambridge High school in 2011.
